The BEST #1 raman place I've gone to. Perfect broth and all the goodies they put in it.

Today I slide through Dublin on my way home, and because of the rainy weather, it was a perfect excuse to get some Ramen. Upon entering, dining area was smaller than I anticipated, plenty of patrons however it was cozy, but not crowded. There's a great vibe about the place, it's comfy. My daughter and I were immediately seated and served water, and appetizers and beverages were ordered. My daughter decided on a honey melon tea, but unfortunately they were out of honey. No problem, she just decided water and hot tea would sufficient...I just needed something warm, and with that ordered hot tea as well. I wanted Calamari, but they recently removed it from the menu. So instead, I ordered fried oysters. They were cooked deliciously in a perfectly fried batter and served with dipping sauce. My daughter ordered (R8) Miso Ramen and I ordered (R3) Kuro Tonkotsu ( Black Garlic). Both were flavorfully well balanced. I think what made an even better experience, was everyone was so nice, entertaining and just seemed like it's a place that's has a warm and inviting vibe to it! Definitely a spot that me and the kiddo will come back to soon!

clean, cute, and quiet spot for ramen, mazemen, sizzling plates, and other japanese dishes. this shop is in a plaza with a bunch of other asian food businesses so it's a great spot to have dinner + dessert! there's plenty of parking and a bathroom inside. my friend and i came on a wednesday for lunch. it was about half full by 12:30/1pm but not hectic at all. we both ordered mazemen - i had the curry and she had the tan tan variation. the noodles were flavorful, saucy, and chewy - thicker than the ones at kajiken. i'm not sure if they had vinegar but i wish i had put some in, as it could've been a little brighter in flavor! there weren't that many toppings but the noodle portion is generous and the price is really reasonable especially in this economy! the service was great and they include a 16% service charge for all parties, which is nice to not have to think about. overall a solid spot for japanese dishes and it's nice to see a place serving good mazemen in the area.

I think this restaurant offering is unique reminiscent of years past. Although it has very Japanese name, it has Hong Kong style dishes. More specifically, the protein offering of ox tongue that you can find in Mexican restaurants. Don't get me wrong, tongue is in many Chinese and Chinese American dishes. Nonetheless from my perspective it is rare. My dad use to make it with this tomato based Spanish sauce. Back to this place it offers it in at least ways, curry or tomato based sauce on rice or spaghetti. Tongue when prepared and served tender is idea and on this occasion it was with curry sauce with green, red and yellow bell peppers, onion and turnip. It was wonderful with plenty of curry and rice. Hong Kong milk tea complimented this dish likely. I guess condense milk would have made it much more sweet instead of regular granular sugar. I love the mug it was served in. I will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Nice cozy spot for Japanese comfort food. The place reminds me a bit of a sports bar but not the feel of it. They have tv's there for the game, a center bar area. The service was okay. They only had one worker that hosted and served all the tables. The food was good. I really enjoyed the crispy chicken katsu but the meat itself was still juicy and not dried.

If you're looking for a casual spot with a unique twist on classic comfort food, Fujiwara in Dublin is definitely worth a visit. This Hong Kong-inspired cafe offers a mix of ramen, fried chicken, and fries that may sound unconventional at first, but trust me, it works. The ramen is flavorful with a rich broth that hits the spot, especially on a chilly day. The noodles have a nice bite to them, and they're served with generous portions of tender pork and veggies. It's not the most traditional ramen you'll find, but it's comforting in its own right. What really sets Fujiwara apart, though, is their fried chicken. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and just the right amount of seasoning. Pair it with the fries, which are perfectly crispy and seasoned, and you have a meal that's both indulgent and satisfying. The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming--perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The service is friendly, and while it can get busy during peak hours, the staff is attentive and quick. My only small gripe is that the menu could use a bit more variety in terms of side dishes or add-ons, but that's a minor issue given the quality of the main offerings. Overall, Fujiwara offers a delicious and comforting fusion of flavors, and I'd recommend it to anyone craving a tasty, no-frills meal that hits all the right notes.

Fujiwara is a delicious Hong Kong cafe. We ordered the fish baked with white crème sauce and it was delicious. The mazeman was spicy and so good. Service is a bit slow but the food makes it worth it.

Came here a few times after Fujiwara added the HK style food. We have tried many different dishes. Curry ones are always good. Love the curry beef tongue . The curry seafood has very little seafood. Chicken a la king was yummy if you don't like red sauce. Love their HK milk tea too. One time when we wanted more condensed milk, they gave us the whole bottle! LOL! But the next time, we only got a little. French toast is also our favorite too. We have tried to Ovaltine toast as well and liked it. It's not too sweet so it's perfect. My family tried the ramen and said it's good too. Overall, this place is legit for HK cafe styled food!

Ambiance was casual yet classy, love sitting here enjoying our meals. Service was quick and friendly. Chicken A La King was very delicious: not too salty at all. Beef tongue rice was just about the right amount of flavors and sauce. Dry Ramen Noodle was also very delicious. Highly recommend this.

Really enjoyed the food at Fujiwara. Their menu had a lot of options that can suit a big party with different cravings. The menzame was silky and flavorful. The combination of the fresh veggies and saltiness of the pork makes a great mix. I would recommend ordering this since it is a bit unique for the Dublin area and it feels lighter compared to a full bowl of noodle soup. The agedashi tofu is something I would also recommend. The sauce is flavorful and the tofu has a nice crunch. Taste and texture is on point with it. The service was quick here. We got our food within a few minutes of sitting down, so it is a perfect spot for a quick lunch.
